JSN Auto Repair-Sarasota

We have been servicing our vehicles here for years. Firstly, we want to say that Genna is incredible to work with. She is highly professional, communicative, and transparent. (That is often hard to find in this industry!) Unfortunately we can’t say the same for some of the other staff & the companies overall bait & switch tactics. As some of the other reviewers have stated, the JSN website & frequent mailers tout the $49.99 oil change special. This is just to get you in the door. Once you’re in the door, they will try to get you on the age old classic good, better, and best sales tactics.. The intention is to get you to pay over a hundred for a simple oil change. I would like to have more work done on my car at JSN, but unfortunately, the sleazy upselling tactics make us weary about having our vehicles maintenance performed here. Is transparency on the actual needs of our vehicle, oil change prices, and honoring aggressively advertised coupons too much to ask for? To clarify, our frustrations are with the JSN company as a whole. As a company that boasts their family owned & trustworthy nature.. our experience has not been so..

We were two ladies off on a day of shopping when suddenly all the lights on the dashboard lit up. Needless to say panic set in and we hoped we could make it to an auto repair shop. Luck was on our side when we pulled into JSN Auto Repair on Bee Ridge Road. They looked very busy but the manager, Kris Foit, took us under his care. His team checked the vehicle over and a new alternator was needed. They had the part and it could be ready in two hours. He offered to get us an Uber but instead had a lovely young lady drive us home. Within two hours we were back at the shop and everything was running fine. We would recommend this business any time you need your auto serviced. The customer service is outstanding and the repair was reasonably priced. They have our future auto repairs. C Miller

First time at this location and dealing with this company, I could not be more satisfied. Since I retired and moved to sarasota five years ago, have been trying to find the right people to take care of our cars, I think I have.I had an appointment at 7:30 showed up at 7:20 and I was finished and gone by 8 o’clock. That’s what I’m talking about professional, clean location, and Nice people who know what they’re doing. Prices are good,as far as I’m concerned they knocked it out of the park for my family. I will return.

Exceptional service and fair pricing. Chris and the team were really helpful in replacing our battery and two tires. They squeezed us in on a Saturday and everything was done in under two hours. Would highly recommend. Very transparent and honest also

I had a scheduled oil change at 8:30 a.m. (4/21). I have been bringing my families cars there for years.(Pit-Stop Era) To be fair and I wish more customers would do this I reached out to your establishment internally same day of terminated service but zero response or consideration. This should of been addressed off-line. This is the true definition of “Bait & Switch” getting a customer to your establishment to be told the price is no longer available. If you’re comfortable doing this with a basic advertised $50/$60 oil change special, there has been a culture shift in your establishment. It was major inconvenience and extremely disappointing that I have to show up for a simple scheduled oil change and get exposed to your associate practicing his "Good-Better-Best" sales tactics on me. (*Internal role playing works-don't practice on customers) You have had the same oil change coupon ($10 off) in circulation for years, with no expiration dates(limited time only); you honor them until they are out of circulation, or you put expiration dates on them to respect your customers' time and expectations. You literally have the same Oil Change Special PLUS Seasonal Check-Up coupon on y
